How do I place an order on the JAQARANDA website?
Selected JAQARANDA products are available for purchase on our website. Once you've chosen your jewelry item, click on “Add to cart” in the product description. For earrings, please indicate your preference for fastening. For bracelets, please indicate the desired size.
You can then view, modify (including the desired quantity) or delete items in your order by clicking on the cart icon found at the top right of every page of our website.
If you wish to proceed to the order confirmation, click on "proceed to checkout". You will then be redirected to the next step to enter your delivery information.
Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
How do I return an item?
Product(s) must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel. If you need any further information, you can send an email to contact@jaqaranda.com.

What is your returns policy?
JAQARANDA has a 60-day return policy: you have 60 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 60 working days following receipt of the Product(s).
How do I track my order?
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Are all JAQARANDA creations available for online purchase?
Not all of our jewelry is available for purchase on our website. If you are interested in a creation that isn’t available, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service department by email at contact@jaqaranda.com.
