Shipping Policy
Once your payment is validated, your order confirmation will be displayed with the order number.
You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your order will be processed once your payment is accepted. At this point, a second confirmation email with your billing receipt will be sent to you.
Once your order is confirmed, our teams will prepare your package with the utmost care. Each order is wrapped in a JAQARANDA gift box.
JAQARANDA offers free standard delivery on orders above 300€. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
Delivery Times
Orders placed in France and EU will be delivered within 4 to 10 business days.

Customers are responsible for custom duties and other taxes, for all orders outside the E.U.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Return and Exchange Policy
JAQARANDA has a 60-day return policy: you have 60 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 60 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.
In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs and all potential customs duties.
