All JAQARANDA jewelry pieces ordered online are packaged with a velvet pouch and wrapped with satin paper inside our gift box. You can also add a small personalised note to your order.
For a repair or maintenance request, please inform our Customer Service by email at contact@jaqaranda.com. Our client services will get back to you with the specifics to submit your jewelry piece in our responsibility and consequently will be sent to our workshop.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to JAQARANDA.
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. If something doesn’t fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund.

Payment Methods

If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
